Authentic fisherman's house, carefully renovated in 2020, comprising a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a small outdoor courtyard in the center of Etretat.

The sea is 50m away on foot, visible from the second floor.

We cook a lot, and wanted a practical kitchen, benefiting from all modern equipment: fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, blender, kettle, coffee maker, toaster , dishes, crockery, etc ... The kitchen opening directly onto the courtyard, it is very pleasant to eat outside from the first rays of Spring.

You can buy your bread at the bakery right next to the house, and take your classes at the mini-market around the corner. You can also find all the regional products at the market on Thursday mornings.

On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms and a bathroom.

The first bedroom is a master bedroom with a large double bed. The second is a children's bedroom with two single beds. Each is equipped with a dressing room to store your belongings and enjoy your stay.

The bathroom is very comfortable: large "rainwater" shower, double sink. Out of a desire to rest and stay there.

On the second floor, you will find two new bedrooms (one with a sea view), as well as a small bathroom. The third bedroom is large and spacious and offers a double bed and a beautiful sea view. Lie down on the chaise longue to watch the waves, hear the sound of the water, and enjoy your vacation.

The fourth (and last bedroom) is a bedroom with two single beds to accommodate the whole family without making any concessions. Everyone will find their space there.

The small bathroom is very pleasant and avoids having to wait for your turn

La quatrième (et dernière chambre) est une chambre avec deux lits simples pour pouvoir accueillir toute la famille sans faire de concession. Chacun y trouvera son espace.

It is not easy to park in Étretat! Nevertheless the town hall has made a lot of efforts. We recommend that you park at the entrance to the city and take the free shuttle to the center.

The main car park in Étretat is very expensive and very quickly full. If you want a seat, you'll have to get there early!

You will be so happy with us that you will forget to visit Étretat!

It would be a shame, because Étretat offers a surprising variety of things to see and do: great restaurants - including 1 gourmet -, art galleries, several museums and churches, walks along the Cliffs that we never tire of. not, the festivals organized by the city, various walks, the beach of course, and all the surroundings to visit.

Even in low season, Étretat remains lively: you never get bored! 😉

The house is ideal for 6 people, but can accommodate up to 8.

Each bedroom has a dressing room to store your belongings during your stay. Each bathroom has a hairdryer.

The garden furniture is available during sunny days, while the stove is in operation during cold periods. A packet of pellets for the first outbreaks is offered.

The price includes household linen (sheets, tea towels, bath towels) and end-of-stay cleaning.
